Farmingdale School District has adopted its proposed 2024-2025 school year budget. The proposed budget aims to uphold and enhance the high-quality curriculum available to our students while considering the financial impact on taxpayers. Aligned with the 2024-2025 Board of Education objectives, the proposed budget prioritizes programs and services to bridge academic opportunities and enhance student well-being. It ensures the continuation of a diverse range of clubs and extracurricular activities, supports all fine and performing arts initiatives, maintains optimal class sizes in elementary schools, upholds our dedication to robust athletic programs, and enriches the array of elective courses at Farmingdale High School. The current year’s budget has significantly contributed to our students’ educational progress, reflected in the outstanding growth on grades 3-8 state assessments. Our district and schools are in excellent standing, surpassing regional benchmarks and aligning with community expectations.
