In October, students from all of our school buildings gathered together to participate in All Abilities Walks, where they enjoyed the beautiful weather and showed their support for diverse learning abilities.

Then, on Sunday, October 8th, the Farmingdale community came together at Jones Beach for the annual Autism Speaks Walk. This walk is the largest global fundraising event that is aimed at improving the lives of those with autism and developing solutions for the future. The event unites individuals with autism, their families, friends, and caregivers, as well as providers who offer support. The funds raised from this event go towards innovative research and lifelong services. We are proud to say that our Daler team participated in this event, and that Farmingdale High School senior, LiBretto, designed this year's shirt.
