It is always an exciting time when a new school year begins, and for the Farmingdale School District, the 2023-2024 academic year is no exception. On September 6, students were welcomed back by Superintendent Paul Defendini, administrators, and staff, all of whom were eager to see the smiling faces of the new and returning Dalers. As the students hopped off the school buses and walked toward their classrooms, the sense of anticipation and excitement was palpable.
