The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Showcase was held at the Farmingdale High School Commons, attracting Howitt Middle School students and their families, on December 12th. The event provided an opportunity to meet with teachers and FHS students who are currently enrolled in various career-based courses. Attendees were introduced to a range of fields, including automotive, business, construction, culinary arts, computer science, education, engineering, electrical, finance, metal fabrication, public safety, medical asstisting and trades. They learned about the necessary skills required to pursue careers in each area and which classes were most beneficial.
