Orientation for incoming sixth-grade students was on Monday, August 22, at Howitt Middle School. Students and guardians gathered in the auditorium, where Principal Mike Gavalas greeted them. They discussed life around Howitt, teaming, and school programs. They were also introduced to their new assistant principal Mr. McCloud. Afterward, students walked their schedules, getting familiar with their new building. Welcome to Howitt!
