Daler Day

The weather is starting to turn, and leaves are falling to the ground. It could only mean one thing, Spirit Week. Farmingdale School Districts October tradition is marked by daily themes and events that bring students and faculty together to show their Daler pride.

The week started with Farmingdale students showing patriotic pride, donning red, white, and blue. On Wednesday, students were extra cozy as they supported SEPTA and wore pj’s to school. Thursday saw the district packed with tourists wearing their best travel gear. Spirit Week culminated with “Let’s Go, Dalers Friday,” in which students decked out had to toe in their best Farmingdale apparel to show their pride for their district.

The pride displayed by this week’s events showed that being a Daler means having a lifelong support system and that once you’re a part of the Farmingdale family, you’re always a part of the Farmingdale family.
