Having trouble receiving Parentlink text messages or robocalls? Here's how you can change your phone number.
First, you must be logged in to your Parent Portal account.
To update your household phone number, click on Address Information under More.
To update a cell phone number or email, click on the Family Information section under More.
Updated phone numbers and emails will be reviewed and approved. This could take 24 hours as the system updates nightly.
