NYS Law Chapter 408

Chapter 408 of New York State Education Law requires that each teacher and service provider who is responsible for the implementation of a student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP), be provided with a hard or electronic copy of their students' IEPs.

Who should have a copy of a student's IEP?
