One hundred sixth-graders from Weldon E. Howitt Middle School walked over to St. Kilian's Parish last week to donate food, toiletries, and spare change that they collected to the Outreach food pantry. The items and money they donated will help local families have a happy holiday.
Director Nina Peterson thanked the students and their teachers with a lovely note that read. "We are so fortunate that the faculty at Howitt Middle School teaches their students the importance of helping those in need."
