In an effort to document positive COVID-19 cases that emerge within our school community during the Thanksgiving break, we have created a confidential Google Form that will allow faculty, staff, students / families to provide us with information that will assist us in contact tracing protocols beginning Monday, November 30th. All parents/guardians will receive a text message from the district on Wednesday, November 25th thru Sunday, November 29th, which will include a link to our Google Form. Any student or staff member must complete this form upon confirmation of a positive case of COVID-19.
