Right before the holidays, in front of the Farmingdale Stop and Shop, members of the newly founded FHS Science Honor Society sang holiday carols and collected food and money for Island Harvest Food Bank. They collected over $200 —and what amounted to a shipping pallet of food—for food insecure families across Long Island.

“We collected so much, that we had to stop after only four hours because my pick-up truck couldn’t fit any more!” said FHS physics teacher Michael Boyd.

"It felt so good to give back to the Farmingdale community and make a few smiles this holiday season!" said student Savanna Spadalik.

So proud of our Dalers!
