Facilities
The goal of the Facilities Department is to ensure a safe and healthy educational facility which promotes effective and efficient learning for all of the students and staff members in the Farmingdale School District. We work with administrators, teachers, parents, community members, architects, construction managers, and contractors to provide the best possible environment for all. The department is responsible for district capital projects, facility projects with outside contractors, long-term facility planning, all code compliance, air quality testing, lead testing, all utility services, pest management services, mail services, pool operation services, and security services.
